Dear Applicant;
As you are well aware, the Institute of Song, Dance and the Wind gets many applications from many potential students. After the application has been screened and selected, the applicant is to be tested; this is especially true of those arcane casters seeking admission to the Tower of Kom. As these tests require many resources, applicants are tested in groups of three to five.
Present yourself to Jves Yonin of Dockside at first light on the Day of Rising Sohl. Further instruction will be provided at that time. Should the test go well, you will have extra to celebrate on the day that feasts new life and growth.
